I got a notification in the app saying that the emergency manual handle has moved, but no one touched it. Why has this happened?

It’s rare, but on the odd occasion, micro-vibrations could occasionally cause this. It’s not that the manual handle was touched, but that it has fractionally/immaterially changed to show a misalignment.

Use the app to set Sonic valve's desired position, this should resolve the alert.

If for any reason your batteries are running low, the fact that there is not enough battery voltage to actuate the motor can also cause you to receive an alert about the misalignment of the manual handle.
