The first notification will be sent via the app. If this incident isn’t acknowledged and it’s a high severity alert, you’ll then receive a phone call. It will call again if you do not answer which should bypass the Do Not Disturb function on your phone.

You can also add another user to your account so more than one person can check on any alerts received in the app.
