What warranty does Sonic come with?

Sonic comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for the original purchaser-owner.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, provided the device has been professionally installed by a trained and accredited plumber and operated in accordance with our installation and safety guidance.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts such as seals or batteries, damage caused by environmental factors (for example frost, flooding, limescale or power surges), misuse, negligence, or modification of the product.

Extended warranty options are also available. You can purchase an additional 3 or 5 years of coverage, extending the total warranty period to 5 or 7 years respectively.
