This is for Sonic Pro owners, rather than Sonic Wi-Fi owners.

While Bridge (the plug) boasts an impressive HeroLink coverage range, it’s important you have stable wi-fi connectivity, so the closer it is to your router, the better it will function. The plug can still operate through roughly eight floors at its maximum due to its 868 radio frequency in terms of connecting to and from devices.

That said, the Bridge plug is exclusive to the Sonic Pro model, which isn't currently available from us directly.

The Sonic Wi-Fi model is what we're retailing presently, and it doesn’t require a separate Bridge plug.
